6FT x 2FT Round Top Picket Fence Panel - Pressure Treated Green/Natural

This 6ft x 2ft Round Top Picket Fence Panel is a simple way to add a neat boundary line while keeping the garden light and open. At 2ft high it’s a great fit for front gardens, low dividers, and edging along paths and driveways. The round top finish gives a softer look than pointed pickets, which suits family gardens and more informal spaces.

The panel is pressure treated for outdoor use and built from thirteen 75 x 19mm picket pales fixed to two 75 x 32mm back rails. The pales are spaced at roughly 75mm, giving a consistent picket pattern along the run and plenty of visibility through the fence line. Because it isn’t solid, it keeps sight lines open and feels less imposing than taller or fully boarded fencing.

Low picket fencing is often chosen where you want definition without shutting out light. It can also be a sensible option on exposed front boundaries, as the open layout allows air through and reduces the amount of wind the fence catches. If you’re working on a slight slope, this height is also easier to step neatly while keeping the top line tidy.

When fitting, keep the bottom edge clear of the ground and avoid letting soil or gravel build up against the timber. Measuring the full run before you start helps, especially if you need to plan corners, returns, or any changes in level. A little clearance in each bay makes installation easier and helps keep the line looking straight.
