6FT x 4FT Ultra Heavy Duty Closeboard Fence Panel - Pressure Treated Green/Natural

This 6ft x 4ft Ultra Heavy Duty Closeboard Fence Panel is a handy height for creating privacy while keeping the garden feeling open. At 4ft tall it works well on side boundaries, between neighbouring patios, or to section off areas like bins, sheds, and veg beds. We make these panels in-house using a traditional feather edge design, with overlapping boards for a closeboard look that helps reduce gaps and improves screening.

The Ultra version is built for extra stiffness. On this 6ft x 4ft panel we use four 75 x 32mm backing rails, and the feather edge boards are nailed through to each rail. More rails means more fixing points, which supports the boards better across the height of the panel. In day-to-day terms that can help the panel stay flatter, reduce movement in gusty weather, and keep a run looking more consistent, especially on exposed boundaries where standard panels can work a bit over time.
